Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") describe the SafeLogs affiliate program and govern participation by individuals or organizations who apply to promote SafeLogs ("Affiliates").

Participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to approval by SafeLogs and execution of a separate Affiliate Agreement.

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

SafeLogs offers an affiliate program that allows approved partners to earn commissions for referring new customers to the SafeLogs platform.

Affiliate participation is non-exclusive and does not create any employment, agency, or partnership relationship.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND APPROVAL

• Participation is subject to SafeLogs' approval.
• SafeLogs may approve or reject any application in its sole discretion.
• SafeLogs may limit the number or category of affiliates.

3. COMMISSIONS

• Commission structures, rates, and durations vary by affiliate tier.
• Commissions apply only to qualified referrals as defined in the Affiliate Agreement.
• SafeLogs may modify commission structures prospectively.

4. ATTRIBUTION

• Referrals must be tracked through approved links, codes, or attribution mechanisms.
• Attribution windows and rules are defined in the Affiliate Agreement.
• SafeLogs' tracking determinations are final.

5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Affiliates may not:

• Misrepresent SafeLogs' capabilities
• Claim guaranteed compliance or inspection outcomes
• Represent themselves as SafeLogs employees or agents
• Use spam, deceptive marketing, or trademark misuse
• Bind SafeLogs to any agreement or obligation

6. TERMINATION

SafeLogs may suspend or terminate affiliate participation at any time.

7. NO GUARANTEES

SafeLogs makes no guarantees regarding affiliate earnings or referral volume.

8. GOVERNING DOCUMENTS

Participation in the Affiliate Program is governed by:
