Subprocessor List
The third parties SafeLogs engages to process customer data

This document lists all subprocessors engaged by Jet Innovative Media LLC d/b/a SafeLogs ("SafeLogs") to process customer data. This list is maintained in accordance with our Data Processing Addendum and GDPR obligations.
Change Notification
SafeLogs will provide customers with at least thirty (30) days' advance notice before adding new subprocessors or making material changes to existing subprocessors. Notifications will be sent via email to account administrators and posted at safelogs.in/subprocessors.
Current Subprocessors
As of January 27, 2026, SafeLogs uses the following subprocessors:

Subprocessor Agreements
All subprocessors have entered into written agreements with SafeLogs that impose data protection obligations substantially equivalent to those in SafeLogs' Data Processing Addendum. These agreements include appropriate security measures, confidentiality requirements, and compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Customer Objection Rights
Customers may object to the addition of a new subprocessor on reasonable data protection grounds by notifying SafeLogs in writing within fifteen (15) days of receiving notice. SafeLogs will work with Customer to address concerns or provide an alternative solution. If no resolution can be reached, Customer may terminate the affected Services without penalty.
International Transfers
Where subprocessors are located outside the European Economic Area, SafeLogs ensures appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved transfer mechanisms under GDPR.
